Twelve colorful hearts visually expressing love’s joyful, bountiful nature illustrate the first Forever stamp issued in 2019 and will be revealed by the U.S. Postal Service during a first-day-of-issue ceremony on Thursday, Jan. 10. News on the stamp is being shared with the hashtag #LoveStamps.

Ellis County was one of several counties affected late Thursday’s initial 911 service disruption. Dallas County and Wilmer were also affected. Operations returned to normal after the nationwide outage that affected emergency-calling services around the country.
