Waxahachie man arrested in Frisco for 2002 killing

FRISCO – Frisco police arrested a second suspect in the 2002 killing of Plano businessman and military veteran Frank Weiss, whose body was found wrapped in plastic bags and weighted down in Lake Lewisville 24 years ago.
Keith Hart, 57, of Waxahachie, was taken into custody around 7:45 a.m.

Ferris man arrested for voyeurism

FERRIS – Cristian Ivan Ceballos Vega was taken into custody last week by Ferris Police.
Vega was charge with Voyeurism, listed in the warrant as a state jail felony, and Criminal Trespass, listed in the warrant as a Class A misdemeanor.

WAXAHACHIE – At a special City Council meeting last week in Waxahachie, the council voted to appoint current mayor Billie Wallace to continue in that seat for another year.
Place 5 city councilmember Travis Smith was appointed as Mayor Pro Tem at the meeting.

Bald Eagle stamps take flight
