Hail and heavy rain caused widespread damage Monday night in Ellis County. High winds caused two 18-wheelers to overturn on Interstate 35 near Waxahachie. A mobile home was blown over near Forreston, with 14 injuries reported as a result of the storm. Power was lost in several areas around the county.
