Bull kills 68-year-old Ferris man

FERRIS – The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death that happened Monday around 2 p.m. in the 200 block of James Road in Ferris. A 911 call came in from a man who said a bull had possibly killed his son.

ENNIS – The Ennis Police Department is warning residents burglary of motor vehicle crimes are on the rise.There is a team of at least five individuals, working together and targeting the northwest part of Ennis. The hours most of the crimes have been committed appear to be from midnight to 4 a.m.
