More plans coming after school groundbreaking

WILMER – The city of Wilmer will have a community meeting Dec. 4 at 6 p.m. at the city’s community center located at 101 Davidson Plaza. With the elementary groundbreaking last month, next week’s meeting is a chance for the community to discuss their ideas for the new project.

RED OAK – B&B Theatres and Victron Group announced a new upscale, state-of-the-art theater complex will be opening in Red Oak to serve Ellis County and the surrounding communities.
The review process by the Red Oak City Council is underway, and construction is slated to begin in early 2020.
