MIDLOTHIAN – The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office honored the memory of Officer Isaiah Bias, 28, allegedly murdered by an Ellis County jail inmate at the Wayne McCollum Detention Center in Waxahachie last week.

WAXAHACHIE – The performance bond for Oak Creek Ranch Phase Two was approved by the Ellis County Commissioners Court at the meeting early last week. The bond in the amount of $3,994,775 for Phase Two will add 108 lots to the residential subdivision at Skinner Road and FM 875 in Waxahachie.
