Midlothian death could be possible overdose

MIDLOTHIAN – Midlothian Assistant Police Chief Scott Brown confirmed late last week that the death investigation in the 5600 Block of Montana Drive had been in reference to a 911 call related to an unresponsive person.The call came in at approximately 6:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17.

TSTC’s North Texas campus begins a new semester

5 agencies worked alongside Wilmer FD during 2-alarm fire

WILMER – At approximately 12 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, Wilmer firefighters were dispatched to a vehicle fire in the 2900 block of Post Oak Rd in Dallas County. Upon arrival, firefighters found the cab of an eighteen-wheeler fully involved.

Ennis missing person found

ENNIS – Last Friday, the Ennis Police Department posted on social media that a missing person, John Weatherton, 36 had been found.It is unclear how many days Ennis PD had been looking for the Ennis resident.
