MIDLOTHIAN – The Midlothian ISD recently announced its overall state rating increased to a score of 87.The most recent ratings included a notable change at MISD high schools, which therefore increased the district’s overall score to the final 87.

Wilhelm appointed as Ellis County 504th Judicial District Court Judge

ELLIS COUNTY – Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has announced the appointment of Midlothian’s Greg Wilhelm as the judge for the new 504th Judicial District Court in Ellis County.The effective date of his term began Dec. 1, and is set to expire Dec. 31, 2026, or “until a successor is elected and qualified.
