FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than books (Feb. 14, 2019)

The Ferris Public Library’s 7th Annual Take Your Child to the Library Day on Saturday, Feb. 2 was a great success. We had 274 visitors and issued 80 free library cards to children ages 7 – 16 who live outside the city limits of Ferris.

Anamarie Garcia, a Theology major from Waxahachie, and Anthony Gomez, a Mathematics major from Red Oak, were named to the fall 2018 Dean’s List at the University of Dallas. Claire Kroeger of Waxahachie was named to the fall 2018 Dean’s Honor Roll at Oklahoma City University.
