Duncanville – On Monday, July 1 at approximately 7:58 p.m., the Duncanville Police Department responded to a call for service regarding a shooting with injuries at 200 Jellison Boulevard.The initial 911 caller advised someone inside a vehicle at that location had been shot.

COMMISSIONERS ORDER BURN BAN

ELLIS COUNTY – The Ellis County Commissioner’s Court approved a burn ban this past week, which will be in effect for 90 days beginning June 28.The burn ban includes all of Ellis County as well as unincorporated areas of the county.

E.C. Sheriff Deputies assist Ennis FD in saving a life
