ELLIS COUNTY – There is yet another scam in Ellis County – this one impersonating an Ellis County Court official.Ellis County Sheriff’s Office warned on their Facebook page they had received reports of a phone scam where individuals were impersonating “Sgt. Mike McKenna from the Ellis County Courts.

RED OAK – Last week, the City of Red Oak broke ground on its newest fire station.Groundbreaking kicked off the beginning of official construction of Fire Station No. 3, which will be located at 1082 Harmony Way behind B&B Theatres.
