ELLIS COUNTY – According to the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department, this past week’s free animal vaccine clinic was a huge success.The process began at 8 a.m., but eager dog owners were lining up by 6:45 a.m.Prepared for 400 vaccinations, the number of vaccinated dogs was just under 300.
