ENNIS – Ennis Police Department welcomed two new leaders to its team this month.Assistant Police Chief Michael Godrey comes to the department from Rowlett where he retired as the police chief in that city in April of this year.

HUTCHINS – The city of Hutchins Police Department announced their acceptance last week into the National Active Bystandership for Law Enforcement Project.The ABLE Project is a training and support initiative from the Georgetown University Law Center.
