MIDLOTHIAN – Midlothian Independent School District Trustee Richard Pena recently came home from a three-month hospitalization from his stint with the COVID-19 pandemic.Pena, 47 is a former U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Midlothian Police Department officer now turned local real estate agent.
