An estimated 20 people were on hand Saturday to celebrate the re-opening of the Ferris Historical Museum, located inside Country Corner Treasures, 201 S. Main St. Connie Bratcher, curator, has worked tirelessly to preserve Ferris’ rich history as the “City that Bricked the World.”

Waxahachie PD seek answers in death of Tanner Vaughn

WAXAHACHIE – The Waxahachie Police Department is looking for clues in last week’s shooting death of 29-year-old Red Oak resident Tanner Vaughn. Vaughn was shot on June 22 at around 10:41 p.m. in the 200 block of Monticello Drive.

The Water Utility Billing, Municipal Courts, Building Inspections & Permitting, Planning, Zoning, and Development Services moved from the building at 104 Central Drive.
