DALLAS – Weather permitting, the following closures are scheduled near downtown Dallas as part of a bridge rehabilitation project: • The northbound I-45 off-ramp to east and westbound I-30 will be narrowed to one lane from 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3 through the evening of Wednesday, Sept. 4.
