RED OAK – Former Midlothian CID Sergeant Cody McKinney has been hired by the Red Oak Police Department as the new Criminal Investigations Sergeant.McKinney recently retired from the Midlothian Police Department where he also served as the Criminal Investigations Sergeant.

WAXAHACHIE – On Saturday at approximately 2:30 p.m., Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers were called to a one vehicle crash at 122 Shoreside Trail, Waxahachie. The preliminary investigation indicates a silver 2007 Honda Accord was traveling east on Shoreside Trail.
