Red Oak robbery suspects arrested

RED OAK – An unnamed Red Oak resident was surprised early Saturday around 5 a.m., when he got into his vehicle in front of his home in the 200 block of Pinewood Avenue in the Coyote Ridge subdivision.

Shown displaying one the colorful books depicting the beauty and history of South Creek Ranch in Ferris are Aurora Eamirez, Kathy Harrington, librarian and Stacy Lankford. Benefactor Bea Wallace donated the books for a library fundraiser. Wallace is the widow of Ray Wallace. Together they built 6,300-acre estate includin a four-story, 23,000 sq. foot mansion. The price of the books are yet to be determined. The library is located at 301 W. 10th St and can be reached by calling 972-544-3696.

Chavez is a Precision Machining Technology major at Texas State Technical College, which is next door to Red Oak High School, where he graduated in 2018.
