If you shop at a store where the card is not taken, you can still be reimbursed as outlined on the back of the card. Just mail the brick card and the receipt to Ferris City Hall, 100 Town Plaza, Ferris, TX 75125, and the city will reimburse you for $35 of the cost on the receipt.
