OBITUARY: Rudy Frank Turner

Rudy Frank Turner was born November 4, 1929, in Pilzen, Czechoslovakia. At the age of 16, he was adopted by Frank Lee Turner and Beulah Goen Turner. Rudy graduated from Highland Park High School in 1952, then attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he studied languages.
