Teddy J. Collard, born on March 8, 1943, in Alma, TX, to Bertha Mae Griffith and Theodore R. Collard. He passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 20, surrounded by his loving family. Teddy grew up in Arlington, TX, and graduated from high school in 1961.
