OBITUARY: Jose “JoeMoe” A. Garza

Jose “JoeMoe” A. Garza, age 74 of Ferris, Texas, passed away Oct. 7, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.
Joe was born in March of 1945 to the late Placido and Celina (Hinojosa) Garza in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, moving on to Ferris when he was 8 years old.
