WILMER – The City of Wilmer’s Mayor, Emmanuel Wealthy-Williams confirmed her appointment last week to the TML Small Cities Advisory Council for Region 13.

RO felony arrest follows vehicle pursuit, foot chase

RED OAK – The Red Oak police were involved in a foot chase just days before Christmas last week. Officers arrested Cecil Bassino McCauley, a 54-year-old black male from Dallas. McCauley was charged with evading arrest/detention with vehicle and theft of property, which resulted in a felony arrest.
