Fentanyl dealer sentenced to 60 years in prison

  WAXAHACHIE – An Ellis County jury convicted Kelton Everett Evans Jr., 30, of Grand Prairie of Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1-B (Fentanyl) with Intent to Deliver on March 11. Evans was sentenced to 60 years in prison and a fine of $75,000.

Maypearl ISD welcomes new superintendent

  WAXAHACHIE – A locally assigned Texas Game Warden was unanimously approved earlier this month to utilize an office in the Ellis County Constable Precinct 2 office located at the Ellis County sub-courthouse on business 287 in Waxahachie.
