LIFE SCHOOL EXTENDS EMERGENCY PAID SICK LEAVE

Red Oak – In the Spring of 2020, the Life School Board of Directors approved emergency paid sick leave in response to Congress passing the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. This law provided up to two weeks (10 workdays) paid leave to employees impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

ROISD Trustee will vote no on district contract tracing

RED OAK – Red Oak ISD Trustee Place 5 Penny Story says she will vote “no” on paying for issues resulting from ROISD using contract tracing. The resolution regarding Story’s referenced contract tracing did pass according to Beth Trimble, CPC, Red Oak ISD, Executive Director of Communications.
