OUT TO PASTOR: When everything fails, it’s over

During this time of seclusion, the Gracious Mistress of the Parsonage and Yours Truly has spent some significant time binge-watching some of those Hallmark mystery movies.

The history of the church (part 1)

Welcome to the “front porch.” Hope you all are well and safe. I want us to begin a search throughout this year into the history of the church. You may find this to be a delicate subject, and we do not want to be narrow-minded in such a study.

OUT TO PASTOR: Causal is not always appropriate

If confession is good for the soul, I would like to give my soul a little treat. During this “stay-at-home” phenomenon, the Gracious Mistress of the Parsonage and Yours Truly, have been enjoying our time alone. We certainly have taken advantage of it.

OUT TO PASTOR: Not everything is as it seems

OUT TO PASTOR: There’s always tomorrow

For almost four weeks now, the Gracious Mistress of the Parsonage and Yours Truly have enjoyed some exceptional time together. It has been the rich experience I never thought I would experience until I retired from everything. But, if this is retirement, “Lord, let it be so.”
