Make your voice heard during the Joint General & Special Elections!
The library is proud to serve as an early voting location, offering our community a convenient and accessible place to participate in the election process. Early voting will take place on Monday, April 27 through Tuesday, April 28, with polls open each day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., giving you flexibility to vote on your own schedule.
While you’re here, take a few minutes to browse the shelves and pick out your next great read. If you are unable to vote early, you will still have the opportunity to cast your ballot on Election Day, Saturday, May 2, when polls will again be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
STORY TIME is hosted every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Children are treated to stories, fun activities, and a snack. This is a wonderful way to build routines, make new friends, and create special memories. Before leaving, your child may choose a prize from the Treasure Chest to take home.

WORD OF THE WEEK: “Salinity” (say-LIN-uh-tee): the amount of dissolved salt in water or another liquid (noun).
The concentration of salts in a body of water, or salinity, is measured in parts per million (ppm). Fresh water contains less than 1,000 ppm. Ocean water contains a high salinity of about 35,000 ppm, which gives the water its salty taste and smell.
