9 – 11 a.m. – Check-in Broilers and Breeding Rabbits 11 a.m. – Weigh Market Rabbits 11 a.m. – Weigh Market Swine (Classification Orders will be posted) 12 p.m. – Broiler and Breeding Rabbit Show 3 p.m. – Market Rabbit Show – immediately following Breeding Rabbit Show 7 p.m. – Opening Ceremonies
Tuesday, March 26
9 a.m. – Dairy Goat Show followed by Jr/Sr. Showmanship. 10 a.m. – All livestock must be in place, except cattle. 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. Shop Projects Arrive,
MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 6 P.M. 1 p.m. – PeeWee Lamb Showmanship 1 p.m. – Market Lamb Show, followed by Jr/ Sr Showmanship PeeWee Goat Showmanship – 30 Minutes immediately following conclusion of Market Lamb Show Market Goat Show, followed by Jr/ Sr Showmanship 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Check in items for Creative Arts
Wednesday, March 27
7:30 – 9 a.m. – Check in items for Creative Arts 9:30 AM – Begin Creative Arts Judging 11 a.m. – Market Swine Show, followed by Jr/ Sr Showmanship 12 – 4 p.m. – Public viewing of Creative Arts 2 p.m. – Pee-Wee Swine Showmanship 4 p.m. – Release Creative Arts Projects
Thursday, March 28
10 a.m. – A Day In The Ring 10 a.m. – Ag. Mechanics Build Off 3 p.m. – All steers must be in place 3 p.m. – Weigh & Classify Market Steers (Classification Orders will be posted) 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Check Heifer papers. Heifers must be in place.
Friday, March 29
8 a.m. – Judging of all Shop Projects 11 a.m. – Heifer Show, followed by Jr/Sr Showmanship 1 p.m. – Ag. Mechanics award presentation. Projects will be released after awards. 2 p.m. – Pee-Wee Cattle Showmanship 2 p.m. – Market Steer Show, followed by Jr/Sr Showmanship
FOLLOWING THE MARKET STEER SHOW, EXIBITORS OF ALL SPECIES/ PROJECTS ARE EXPECTED TO ASSIST IN SETTING UP FOR THE SALE!
Release Times are the day of the Show of your respective Species. Or you can stay until after the sale order has been produced. If you leave the premises and get bumped up, you will not be allowed back on the premises.
