Waxahachie PD seek person of interest in indecent assault

Waxahachie – The Waxahachie Police Department took a report of indecent assault in the 200 block of Patrick Street earlier this month and are still looking for additional information.On Oct. 19, an indecent assault report was filed with the Waxahachie PD from a resident on Patrick Street.

Manna House collects record amounts of food

Midlothian – In partnership with the North Texas Food Bank, Manna House of Ellis County participated in the “Feed the Need” food drive during the 2022 State Fair of Texas.

WAXAHACHIE – Quarterback Roderick Hartsfield Jr. had 179 yards of offense and three touchdowns as Waxahachie clinched a playoff berth Friday, beating upset-minded Mansfield Lake Ridge 39-31.

ENNIS – Quarterback Adairian Alexander ran for 156 yards and threw four TD passes to lead Madison past Maypearl 59-47 Friday night at wet and windy Forester Field.Madison (5-4, 5-2 District 7-3A Division I) remained in contention for the fourth playoff spot and plays Grandview on Friday.

MIDLOTHIAN – Quarterback Kaden Brown threw for 205 yards and five touchdowns as Midlothian Heritage (8-1, 6-0 5-5A Div. II) trounced Arlington Seguin (3-6, 2-4) at Midlothian ISD Stadium.Midlothian Heritage got some help from its running game.
