 WRONG-WAY DRIVER SHUTS DOWN I-45 WILMER – Wilmer Police responded to multiple 911 calls on Sept. 15 at around 11 p.m. regarding a dark-colored SUV traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of I-45 near the Mars Road exit.
