Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Ovilla, Texas on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 6:00 P.M., at the Ovilla Municipal Building Council Chamber Room, 105 Cockrell Hill Road, Ovilla, Texas 75154, to receive public comments for the consideration of a plat request, filed by Jason Rawlings on LOT S PT 7 BLK A RED OAK HGTS 3.2633 AC located at the NE corner of Joe Wilson Road and Johnson Lane, Ovilla, Ellis County, Texas.
