Plaintiff Nationstar Mortgage LLC., its successors and assigns, by and through its attorney of record, Myra Homayoun of McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, 1255 West 15th Street, Suite 1060, Plano, Texas 75075, brought suit in rem only, against Heiry Zayaith Juarez a/k/a Heiry Zayaith Juarez Cano, Erica L Ruchlin, Jeremy S Ruchlin, Chelsea Rose Ruchlin, and the Unknown Heirs-at-Law of Kenneth Ruchlin, Deceased, and any other person(s) claiming any right, title, or interest through Kenneth Ruchlin as heir(s)-at-law to 316 Haven Rd, Waxahachie, Texas 75165 and legally described to wit:
