In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider the following requests.
Hold a public hearing to consider and take action on a request initiated by Dylan Adame for a planned development (PD) to allow Sunridge Station, a mixed-use development with commercial and multifamily for a property located at 3700 N I-45 and 700 E Pleasant Run Road, Dallas County, City of Wilmer, Texas, 75172, DCAD ID# 65127160510030000 and DCAD ID# 65127160510030000.
Hold a public hearing to consider and take action on a request by Warren Ellis for rezoning from General Commercial and Highway Corridor Overlay to a Planned Development based on C-2 General Commercial plus Auto repair related uses for property located at 915 N I-45, City of Wilmer, TX 75172 DCAD # 99190107160000000
Hold a public hearing to consider and take action on a request Robin Rhee for a conditional use permit (CUP) for 3800 N I-45, DCAD # 99230403170000000 for an existing industrial warehouse.
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on these zoning requests will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on these zoning requests will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
