Bear Creek Road, Glenn Heights, Texas 75040 and legally described as: ML SWING Abstract 1455 PG 205, TR 4 ACS 0.5000 with Property ID: 65145520510040001 constitute an unsafe building and public nuisance requiring repair, removal, securing, demolition, or other corrective action.
