Officer turns himself in after Ennis PD warrant

  ENNIS – Joseph Silas, a two-year member of the Fairfield Police Department, turned himself in to the Ennis Police Department last week following a warrant issued for cruelty to non-livestock animals, as outlined in the Texas Penal Code 42.092(b)(1), a third-degree felony.

ENNIS – Another scam alert and it seems each week scams increase in number and complexity. Ennis Police reported at its Facebook page, “With advancements in technology, scammers are discovering new ways to trick individuals into revealing their personal information.
