Manager hopes ‘Home Town’ considers Ferris for make-over

FERRIS – Ferris City Manager Brooks Williams, has confirmed the City of Ferris will submit for the HGTV show, “Hometown Takeover,” hosted by HGTV personalities Ben and Erin Napier to consider Ferris for the small town renovation opportunity that was recently announced.

Reserve investigator off city cold case murders

FERRIS – Just last week, The Ellis County Press reported information about two double homicides that have been sitting as cold cases in the city of Ferris for 10 years. A number of investigators have come and gone on these cases.
