The Park 20 distribution center, just south of Interstate 20 on Houston School Road,  is a 468,300-square-foot industrial building developed in 2017 by Huntington Industrial Partners. Commercial property firm JLL is marketing the building for sale.

Two area students were awarded scholarships to Culver Stockton College in Canton, Missouri. Daryn Carruthers of Midlothian, a senior at Grace Preparatory Academy, was awarded the President Scholarship, a $13,000 per year scholarship.
