ENNIS – The Ennis Police Department is asking residents to be aware of vehicle break-ins in the city.According to Ennis PD, multiple incidents of vehicle break-ins aimed at stealing vehicles or valuables have recently been reported.

ALMA – A police chase, which began in Alma last Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 7:30 a.m. when Alma PD received a call about a stolen truck, ended successfully with four agencies getting involved to lead to the suspect’s apprehension.

Ferris High School Senior Aiden Hunter qualified for the NSDA (National Speech & Debate Association) National Competition in Congress debate.Aiden is ranked in the top two in his region, and will be joining the best from the nation in Iowa in June.
