$34-MILLION WAREHOUSE PLANNED FOR WILMER

WILMER – Griffin Partners, a  Houston developer, plans to build a $34-million two-building warehouse and distribution project in Wilmer.The development at Interstate 45 and Pike Road, called Port 45,  will contain more than 560,000 square feet, according to planning documents filed with the state.
