Are there really enough electric vehicle chargers?

STATEPOINT – Electric vehicles (EV) are becoming commonplace. By now, you’ve probably seen a Tesla, the Ford Mustang Mach E, Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf on the road at least once. Maybe you’ve even heard about newer models like the Rivian R1T pickup and the Toyota bZ4X crossover. And chargers?

As the Ferris Public Library wraps up the final details for our 2022 Summer Reading Club, we will be printing the schedule and have them placed in the students’ end-of-school-year packets.If your child(ren) does not attend a Ferris school, you may pick up a calendar here at the library after May 31.

Madison Low of Midlothian, was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2021 semester at Washington University in St. Louis. Low is currently enrolled in the university’s Olin Business School.

You are invited to stop by the library and watch as Jer Giles paints murals on the walls of the Aubrey Trussell Memorial Meeting Room here at the Ferris Public Library.He is continuing the theme to match the existing murals he painted in the main library area.
