FERRIS SENIOR CENTER: March 7, 2019

Monday we have Mindfulness Movement – come learn about the benefits of mindfulness movement during our MONDAY MOTIVATION!

Wednesday will be Wellness Wednesday – we will be doing some inside walking, during our WEDNESDAY WELLNESS!

Friday is Free Style – we will be enjoying board games, coloring and other fun things during FRIDAY FREE STYLE

Angels Care Home Health will be coming to the Center every fourth Monday to do blood pressure checks and to answer any medical concerns.

Monday, Mar. 11: Smothered chicken breast, rice, broccoli and dessert.

Wednesday, Mar. 13: Lasagna, salad, garlic bread and dessert.

Friday, Mar. 15: Tuna casserole, salad and dessert.
