MIDLOTHIAN – Midlothian’s 2026 road rehabilitation program in the Old Town residential area began last Friday. During construction, streets will be open to through traffic but expect some traffic interruption. There will be traffic control signs and flaggers in place.

RED OAK – The Red Oak Independent School District Board of Trustees has approved the naming of the district’s sixth elementary school in honor of Red Oak High School alumna and longtime educator Shirley Ann (Bisor) Jones.
