MIDLOTHIAN – The Midlothian Police Department’s K9 officer Bear will be a little safer as he navigates his work life on the street, thanks to a recent donation.The charitable non-profit organization called Vested Interest in K9s, Inc.

Ellis County Commissioners adding new precincts in 2026

WAXAHACHIE – Ellis County Commissioners voted unanimously to approve changes to the voting precinct boundaries as of Jan. 1, 2026.This change is in accordance with Texas Election Code as required.
