Accidents plagued Ellis County during the snow and ice snap

ENNIS - Texans might do a lot of things well, but driving in snow and ice is not one of the things on that list.Ennis reported on Feb. 3, police were working a major accident on 287 northbound near Ennis Parkway with the northbound traffic completely shut down.
