WAXAHACHIE – Two members of the Waxahachie Toastmasters club, Tiger Mims and Candy Robinson, competed in the Southern Division International Speech and Tall Tales contest on Saturday, March 29 at the Beckley-Saner Recreation Center in south Dallas.
