January 11, 1755 – Alexander Hamilton (1755-1804) was born in the British West Indies. He was a founder of the United States who favored a strong central government and co-authored the Federalist Papers, a series of essays in defense of the new Constitution.

Angelo State University conferred 599 undergraduate and graduate degrees on 592 graduates during the 2018 Fall commencement exercises on Dec. 15, 2018, at the Junell Center/Stephens Arena in San Angelo, Texas.

Come and enjoy a Morning Movie Matinee at the Ferris Public Library! We will be showing a PG movie about a Yeti whose goes on the hunt for a mysterious and elusive creature – a human! This 96-minute animated adventure film will keep the kids entertained with comedy and a few catchy songs.
