DPS seeking information in Refugio County cold case

AUSTIN – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) continues to seek the public’s help in identifying a woman and solving her 1992 killing.

AUSTIN – The Texas Department of Public Safety announced House Bill 1399 assisted in the closure of more than 250 unsolved criminal investigations during its first year of implementation.
