AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott Tuesday issued an Executive Order prohibiting state agencies or political subdivisions in Texas from creating a “vaccine passport” requirement, or otherwise conditioning receipt of services on an individual’s COVID-19 vaccination status.

WILMER – Another Wilmer win last week when the city confirmed Yokohama Tire Corporation will move its new distribution center to Wilmer this summer.

WILMER – The City of Wilmer was the recipient of a mask delivery last week at Wilmer’s City Hall.
“Thank you to our State Representative, Carl Sherman for gifting 6,000 masks to our Police, Fire and Senior Services Department,” Wilmer Mayor Sheila Petta said after the mask distribution.
