ECSO arrest child pornography suspect

ELLIS COUNTY – The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office arrested Waxahachie resident Jeremy Michael Lawson, 46, last week in relation to a possession of child pornography case they had been alerted to in January.
After receiving the supplies, volunteers at LMSW Waxahachie got to work sorting and organizing the supplies into large bags for teachers of their sister campuses that would help replenish some of what was lost in their classrooms.

AUSTIN – In extraordinary, unscheduled action Monday, the Senate approved a bill directing the Public Utility Commission to order the state electric grid and market operator to correct billions in erroneous electric charges during the February winter storm.
