 September is a busy and exciting month at the Ferris Public Library! We invite everyone in the community to stop by and take part in our upcoming events and celebrations.September is Library Card Sign-Up Month. Did you know your library card is one of the most valuable cards you can carry?

FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than Books (July 10, 2025)

Join us on Thursday, July 10 at 11 a.m. for a family movie showing of “Moana 2.” We will provide popcorn and water. Guests are welcome to bring additional snacks, if desired. Monday, July 14 is our Teen Movie & Pizza Party from 3-5 p.m. Please call the library to register today.

Independence Day, also known as the Fourth of July, is a holiday celebrated in the United States every year on July 4th. It marks the day in 1776 when the country declared independence from Great Britain. In 1941, Congress established the Fourth of July, or Independence Day, as a national holiday.

This summer, let your imagination burst with color! The Ferris Public Library and the City of Ferris invites readers to join our Summer Reading Program, “Color Our World.” It kicks off June 9 and runs through the middle of July.
